The next meeting of the St. Elizabeth (Eagle) Chapter is set for Monday, May 20th at 7:00 PM in the St Mark room at St Elizabeth. Our May meeting will have the theme “View from the Hiring Manager’s Seat.” It will be facilitated by Mark Sciabacucchi who works in financial services in Malvern and has hired a number of individuals over the years. The discussion will have two goals:
1) View from the Hiring Manager – Mark will place meeting attendees in the hiring manager’s shoes by outlining his typical hiring goals, rationale for how the interview process is designed, planned timeline, views on compensation, etc.
2) View from the Interviewer – meeting attendees will be asked for their questions at the beginning of the discussion so that Mark’s comments will be customized to answer the topics most of interest.
