Changing careers? Looking for a new beginning?

Please join us for our next meeting on Thursday, January 20, 2022. Invite a friend. We will feature guest speaker Amanda Benincasa Arena, MBA, CEP.

Join us as Amanda provides tools and tips for using your skills for new or changing careers. Are you newly unemployed? Are you employed but ready for a change? Are you a recent college graduate looking to start your career? We have everything you need at this informative Zoom meeting.

Whether career change is intentional or involuntary, navigating the change and preparing for the unknown can be difficult. This interactive session will include planning for intentional career change, switching career paths, marketing yourself for new opportunities, and navigating change whatever the circumstances!

At our meeting you will find out how to breathe new life into your job search.
Amy’s presentation will include the 3 keys to job search success:
  1. Attitude – focusing skills so attitude and emotions don’t get in the way of job search
  2. Activity –  productive ways to spend time in your job search
  3. Assertiveness –  important activities to implement for the best impact
Amanda Benincasa Arena is an Associate Partner from Aon Human Capital Solutions. She will also discuss her own career changes and how she helps employees, friends, and clients make decisions and changes for themselves.
Amanda started her career as an accountant for an engineering firm, helped take a private company public, and today she works in consulting tackling DE&I issues and leads a large team multi-nationally. Her interests outside of work are painting and weightlifting, and she is studying Environmental Sustainability.
