The second session on February 14: Identifying Your Accomplishments and Goals with Sue Kaiden will focus on how to describe your accomplishments, clarify your preferences and set your job search goals.

Session 2 Description & Speaker Bio

During session 2, Identifying Your Accomplishments and Goals, Sue Kaiden will discuss how to uncover your best accomplishments, skills and job search goals.  She will provide practice exercises and tools to help you clarify your direction and focus.

Sue Kaiden has held executive and consulting roles in the healthcare, IT and non-profit sectors. Most recently, she served as manager of the career development community for the Association for Talent Development.  She also ran the Joseph’s People Media Chapter and served as its board Vice President for ten years. Through that program and her coaching practice, Sue has provided job search and career advice for hundreds of clients.

Sue is an author and the editor of Find Your Fit: A Practical Guide for Landing a Job You’ll Love and Keeping Your Career on Track.  She holds an MBA from Cornell University and is certified as an Associate Professional in Talent Development (APTD) and Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) practitioner.
