Are you in, or are you considering a job change? Join us for a Joseph’s People webinar “Optimizing your Job Candidacy”. on Tuesday, June 13th, starting at 7 pm. The session will discuss:
• The importance of understanding that your professional accomplishments can assist the potential employer to achieve their operational and financial goals.
• How the candidate can prove to themselves and the potential employer that they can excel at the job.
• Document your accomplishments (not experiences) in performing the required tasks.
• How to appropriately convey this information in:
o A Targeted Resume
o The Cover Letter
o The Interview
• Examples of how to execute these processes.
• An exercise to apply these strategies to your resume and cover letter.

Our speaker is Ernie Russom. He holds a BS in Business Logistics from Penn State and an MBA from Temple University. His career began within the Financial Service Industry. In 2012, he launched The Westview Associates, a staffing firm that utilizes consultative staffing strategies to provide longer tenured and more productive staffing solutions. His community service activities include; Board member, past president and chapter leader of Joseph’s People, Board Member of the Catholic Charities Appeal for Greater Philadelphia, Chairman of The Financial Executive Networking Group’s Center City Philadelphia Chapter, Former Board Member of Temple’s Fox School of Business Alumni Association, and an active member of several non-profit boards.
