The Theme of our retreat this year will be HOW FAITH IS AN INTREGAL PART OF YOUR JOB AND YOUR CAREER SUCCESS. – Faith sustains you and is also something you can draw upon to support you in your struggles and keep you from discouragement.

It is located on the property, just in a different location. This time, enter the property from the upper entrance (A)

Starts promptly at 2 PM – 6:30 PM EST
(Please arrive before 1:30 PM to sign in.)

(Meet & Greet – Coffee and snacks)

Opening Prayer and Introduction – 2:00 to 2:15 PM

Our Keynote Speaker – Rod Colon – 2:15 to 3:15 PM

ROD is a Motivational Speaker, Career Strategist, Diversity/Inclusion Specialist, Author and Master Networker. He conceived and championed the job search paradigm of “CEO of ME, Inc.” He has been the CEO of his own company, Rod Colon Consulting, LLC since 1997. He travels worldwide speaking with professional groups, colleges and corporate leaders to deliver his unique call-to-action: “Own Your Career.” His book, “Win The Race for 21st Century Jobs,” explains how the CEO power can change your job search and your career. He is also the Radio Show Host of “Own Your Career”, a Call-In Radio Program. He has a BS in Business Administration from Georgian Court University and MA from Georgian Court University in Theology and Pastoral Theology.

Theresa is a Culture Maven, Trainer, Coach and Laughologist. She is a corporate trainer and performance consultant, humorist and motivational speaker. She has been working with Fortune 100 companies for over 25 years, training Leaders, Management, Boards and Employees. Theresa is the President and Board Member of the Greater Philadelphia ASTD (American Society for Training and Development) and a Faculty Member at Temple University. Her degrees are from Chestnut Hill College in Biology/Chemistry and Villanova University in HR Management.

Everyone is invited to attend whether Catholic or not.
No one is required to attend.

Services that are offered for attendees:
Free Babysitting
For parents with young children, babysitting will be available for free at the Retreat. Please indicate your babysitting needs via the registration form. (The babysitting will take place in the same building where the retreat is being held).

Carpooling to the Retreat
If you are in need of a ride, or think you might need a ride, please let us know when you register. We will do our best to get you there.
