Keynote Speaker –1:30-2:30 P.M. Amy Dinning: Strengthening Your Resiliency Muscle

In this engaging and interactive session, we will focus on building resiliency, a key ability that you will use throughout your job transition.  We will define resiliency and walk through 10 strategies that you can use to strengthen your resiliency muscle.  You will leave with an action plan to focus on two key areas that will develop your resiliency and assist you as you go through your job transition.

Keynote Speaker-3:00-4:00 P.M.  Chuck Hall: Finding Your Purpose, Finding Your Path

Drawing on the Japanese concept of Ikigai, modern behavioral science, and perhaps a smattering of philosophy and Christian theology, we’ll take a look at how finding your purpose and your path forward can lead to greater happiness and success

Closing Thoughts and Discussion 4:00-4:30 PM
